WichLive is run by Mr. Wichaya Sookmool, 61/4 Sampathan Rd., Tha Mai, Chanthaburi 22120, Thailand. This page explains what we collect and why.

Audio stays on your computer

The audio of the videos you play is separated on your own graphics card. It is never uploaded to us or anyone else.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and name from Google or the email you enter.
• Licence checks: a random install id, a hashed computer fingerprint (graphics card model, screen size, number of CPU cores, time zone) and a hashed network prefix. We use these only to give each computer one free trial and to keep accounts to 2 computers.
• Usage: the minutes used during the free trial, the extension version and the measured separation speed.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive the plan, amount and status, never your full card number.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, show ads, or track the videos you watch.

Keeping and deleting

We keep account and payment records while your account exists and as long as tax law requires. Write to dmr.inkjet@gmail.com to get a copy of your data or delete your account.
